Deadline for payment: 14 days before the arrival.
The total payment must be made before the “deadline for payment.”
The 30% of the total amount when booking, the difference of 70% in the time indicated above.
In case of non-payment of the remaining amount, cancellation or changes made after the “deadline for payment”, you will lose your reservation rights and 30% of the fee will be retained.
In case of reservations made after the “deadline for payment” you must pay the total amount in the booking time.
If the cancellation is made 30 (thirty) days before the reservation and no later than the check-in (local time – 15:00 if not specified), you are entitled to a refund of 50%.
In case of staying less than the reservation, nights not spent in accommodation can not be refunded.

Rates do not include the residence tax of € 3.50 per person per day (maximum 10 days), excluding children under the age of 10 years.
The breakage deposit is € 100 which must be paid at check-in and, except for any damages, will be refunded at check-out.
At reservation must be added an entra € 30 fee for cleaning costs.
